How does shipping work?
When will my order ship?
We usually ship orders within 2–3 business days via USPS or UPS/FedEx/DHL (because it’s 2026 and carrier pigeons are retired).
US orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days, depending on how the shipping gods are feeling. As soon as your order leaves our hands, we’ll send you tracking info so you can obsessively refresh like the rest of us.
Oh—and shipping’s on us for orders over $50. You’re welcome. 😌
What's your return policy?
Not vibing with your order? Totally fair. You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery as long as they’re clean, unworn, unwashed, and resalable(tags attached). How do I know what size to order?
Check the size chart on each product page - we include measurements for chest, length, and sleeve. Our tees run true to size. When in doubt, size up if you like a looser fit or plan to tumble dry. Still unsure? Hit us up via Contact Us.
Will items restock if they sell out?
Probably not. Most designs are limited drops - when they're gone, they're gone. We might bring back fan favorites or do variations, but we're not making 10,000 of anything. Sign up for our email list to get notified about new drops before they sell out.
How do I care for my order?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Don't bleach. Basically treat it better than you treated your Neopets and you'll be fine.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Right now we only ship within the US and Canada. International shipping is on our roadmap, but we're starting small. If you're outside North America, stay tuned - we'll announce when we expand.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Maybe. If you email us at jessie@millennial.me within 2 hours of placing your order, there’s a chance we can cancel or tweak it… but once it’s in motion, it’s giving “out of our hands.” No promises, bestie. After that, your order is already being packed and shipped. We move fast because nobody wants to wait like it's 2001 and you're downloading a song on LimeWire.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us at jessie@millennial.me with photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Mistakes happen - we're human, not bots. (Yet.)
